All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals in those accounts will be forfeited.
phweek is required to verify the identity of its players prior to processing withdrawals. Identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) requires the submission of a clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (such as PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and, where required, proof of address and payment method ownership. phweek will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phweek account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phweek will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phweek's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. phweek may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Transactions executed through your account credentials are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported unauthorized access in accordance with the above procedure.
phweek accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phweek does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. Players may set personal deposit limits through their account settings under Responsible Gaming tools. Once a lower deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously set limit are subject to a cooling-off period as specified in Section 11.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. As a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure, phweek requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. phweek reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify ownership of any payment account used on the phweek platform.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phweek reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱100 to inactive accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. The inactivity fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.
All bonuses and promotions offered by phweek are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer. phweek reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested. You may close your phweek account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the phweek platform shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through phweek's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phweek reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the phweek platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, phweek will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via email to registered players before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the phweek platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
